yes it is the turbo unit at fault there is a vac pipe mod a ecu remap and a new turbo all three must be carried out together mine was done under warranty 3 months ago jason

my c3 hdi 16v when driving will sometimes go flat in any gear until 3000-4000rpm then the turbo will come in. it was sent to the dealer were they reprogramed the ecu. the car now does it more and the air con will not run on idle but try's and makes lots of noise please help. many thanks jason
