  1. I'm in Northern Irerland where all Taxis are subject to a annual PSV check. This Year it failed on these two items. My local Citroen dealer has quoted £625 to replace both bushes and bearings. I already have the parts and I am replacing these myself as the local dealership have recently left an inspection lamp in the engine bay and they replaced the EGR valve but forgot to tighten the steering rack after replacing the cradle. So I don't have a lot of faith in their quality control.
  2. I've got a C5 (06 reg) 2.0HDI 16V and use it as a taxi. In the last couple of months I have replaced the particle filter, Clutch and flywheel, EGR valve and a heat exchanger for the turbo and now I need to replace the front suspension bushes and the rear axle bearings. I could have bought a good car for the money I have spent on it! Though I can't think of a better car to taxi with as it has lots of excellent features. I'm fitting the bushes and bearings myself but I have never fitted the rear axle bearings before. Can anyone give any tips?
