hi i purchased a non runner Citroen xsara 2.0 hdi 2003 and it will not start. I suspected it would be the fuel cut of switch but i have been reading and they dont have one, correct me if i'm wrong and i was wondering what to do next. The engine turns over but not start. Help would be appriciated thanks
