1995 ZX Volcane 1.9 turbo diesel ive got real bad starting problems after the car has been left over night, it was occasional 1 - 2 times a week but now its every morning it takes a couple of minutes to get it going have to stop and start turning it over 5-6 times min before it will start to fire and then get going, ive changed the glow plugs old ones were fine, changed the cold start idler a month ago didn’t make any difference, the strange thing is once its started it will start first go all day long, Any one with any ideas id be very grateful thanks

its a black round cover on the slam panel right on top of the drivers side headlamp lift up the cover and you will see the key lock like the ones on your door, it should be the ignition key that fits.

ive a 1995 Volcane and the rev counter has been still for 3 years its fairly common, mine takes £34 from empty to fill up around town i get a good 400 miles from that, and on longer journeys about 450 miles, use injector cleaner regulary as it knocks about 50 miles off a tank of fuel if you dont.
