Hi All Have a 2.2HDi Relay 2004 (FSH). Has been cutting out for a few weeks now when at anything over 2000rpm & under load. Strangely is okay for the first few miles, but once warm either cuts out or goes into limp home mode. If it cuts out it will restart after a few seconds. Have checked the fault codes & they come back as 191 & 404. The egr system was dismantled & found to be coked up completely so cleaned out with petrol. Low pressure fuel side checked okay High pressure pump checked okay (needed recalibrating) New fuel filter ECU values chec out okay Anyone any ideas? Cheers
