Just wanted to post something positive on the C5 as often these forums are biased to people asking or answering questions about problems. I drive a 2003 '53 plate C5 1.8 LX with 82000 miles, just gone straight through MOT with no advisories!! See there are some good ones out there lol. :rolleyes:

lol..........can't think of anything else for Citroen but Lotus = Lots Of Trouble, Usually Serious !! ;)

Cheers buddy for the advice, as it happens I've managed to locate the original part after numerous messages to breakers on 'fleabay'. Got a resistor winging it's way to me for the princely sum of £20.00 including the postage!!! Result :rolleyes: If you still need the part I could e mail a link to the breakers I used. Just let me know.

Hi, continuing on this issue I have has sign in problems so although this seems to be from a new member I am scoobs...lol. Have found and removed the offending resistor but have been searching for a replacement and can only find the unit with green connection, mine has grey connections and looks completely different, can anyone please suggest a stockist for the part i require. If it helps the part has the following ID / Part nos....Valeo PA66, internally KR2464 Thanks in advance, Shaun
