Hi. I had a bit of a strange problem last night. I unlocked the car with my remote like normal and the dash just completely lit up. RPM did not work, the speed was 0 kmph (when moving) and all leds where on. If I turned the radio on it worked but a beeping sound came on. The beeping whent off when I turned the radio off. Other than this the car worked fine. I drove it home not wanting to leave it at work. Locked the car when I got home hoping a reset would do the trick. The cabin light dimmed as usual and whent off but the display remained on. I left it for about half an hour hoping it might sort it self out but it did not. I then disconnected the negative of the battery and reset the system. This sorted the problem out but I wonderd if anyone else had this problem, or if it is maby an indication of a bigger problem. If there is perhaps a sequence you can go through to reset the display rather than disconnecting the battery?
