Only new on here so this subject is a little out of date. Can't believe you guys are talking about paying over £60 for tyres got tyres for £33 all in, not a recognised make(michelin are not all their cracked up to be for the price)but have always bought tyres of same person and am more than happy as I have a smaller amount of capital to lay out.I do live out in the sticks in Northern Ireland though and don't have all the big city ripp-off charges for fitting + balncing the tyres. There are some good cheaper makes off tyres out there if you know what to look out for, the one I have on at the minute is "tigar", maybe not everyone will agree. :lol:

Might be of no use at all but some companies give out full no claim bonus(non transferable you have to build it up as normal to transfere) to new drivers over 25. I got this with farmers union and you don't have to be a farmer.Worth a try
