Thanks, it was Fuse 14, all working again now!

I tried to use the windscreen washers on boxing day but they failed and the motor is not making a noise. Have found out it is probably due to Fuse 14 in the engine fuse box but for the life of me I am unable to access this, how do I open the fuse box? Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
