  1. Replaced the fuse you advised this morning as we had to order it and it is working. Car going up and down as before. Fingers crossed it stays that way. Thanks for all the help.
  2. Think we may have found a fuse gone in the fuses that you suggested checking near the wing & battery. Will let you know when we get one, hopefully tomorrow if this works . Thanks for the help.

  5. Hi , we have checked all the fuses but it also says in the book there are fuses on the battery !!! we can not find these. There seems to be no power at all to suspension. We have not found where the leak was from as yet. Would the computer need resetting ? Any more suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I will keep you up to date with progress.

  7. Thanks for reply. That oil you have mentioned is what we have put in but still will not work. So once we had topped it up would that have still stopped the suspension from rising ? Will this need to go to Citroen to be sorted do you know ??
  8. I have a c5 exclusive estate 2008. We have noticed an oily substance near front drivers side wheel and the rear suspension is now down and will not raise. We have topped up the fluid and still no joy. The warning is saying "problem with suspension do not exceed 55MPH" has any one got any advice on this. Thanks

  11. Hi can any one please help and advise. we have found a oil leak around the hydraulic reservoir...not sure where it is from. Very clean oil. On the reservoir it tells you to not open as it is pressurised?? Can it be opened or does it need to go to dealer as stated??
  12. my sim is ok in my mobile its 3g. I ahve also bought a PAYT sim to see if that would work but still no joy. As it has sim slot I am guessing that there is no bluetooth (i think) as we were having a good look yesterday. Its baffling because it did allow pin/puk code to be entered and now it will not. I cannot remember how we got to the part where we could input the code. I have been into Citroen dealers and they were no use at all :/
  13. Hi Thankyou, I have the puk number but cannot find where to input it. In the menu list where it gives you the option to input something (not sure if its for the pin) it is greyed out so it doesnot allow you to select it. I am sure it did previously but after visiting Citroen dealership It has been like this. Going to go to a different dealership and see if they can help. Apart from this little problem I love the car.
  14. I hope someone will be able to help. I have a C5 exclusive & I cannot get the phone to work. I have tried two different sim cards and still nothing. It says put puk or pin but cannot find where to put it. I have been into Citroen and they were unable to help me. I am new to the forum site and have never used one before. So mt apologies if I am not doing this correctly. I am totally baffled.
