  1. Hello all im a tad confused are all 173bhp psa engins single or twin turbos
  2. Hello all ive just bought myself an absolutly beautifull 2009 c5 2.2hdi exclusive, to say i like the car is a understatement i love it, only thing bugging me is a tyre pressure sensor , can some one tell me the best lexia for my model so i can turn them off thanks Andy
  3. thanks mate ive just seen the clamp ive jacked the back wheels off the ground and put another jack at the far back so not to get killed... problem is it all loos well rusty.... and i recon i would snap it...
  4. hello all after fitting a new rear height sensor the back end is now to high i realise that it should be set via Lexia but dont have one, i remember a post some were saying you could manually do this Thanks Andy
  5. what shoud your emissions be on a 2002 plate c5 2,2hdi mines just failed
  6. hi mate its got 3 sphere,s iv got the suspension working know it was the rear height sensor its just a tad to high but ok,, needs setting with lexia
  7. thanks pal, ive bleed the system for ages going up and down and had the tank at over 1bar but makes no difference,, the story was when i took it for the mot the whole suspension was working fine,, the mot guy said ive got to take the suspension write to the top to check for leaks in the system,, he did that and then took it write down to the bottom settting, the front leveled and the rear stayed on the floor.. not his fault this would of happened the next time i touched the buttons, when i got the car home i noticed that there was LDS fluid comming out of the rear right rubber boot so got a full new hydraulic ram unit with new boot, put the new unit on and still wud not work? i thought it must be a sphere but was told on this forum that a faulty sphere can not stop the rear from raising?
  8. thanks for the reply mate yes i made one not to hard just need a new oem cap now.. lol
  9. Hello all its D-Day tomorrow i will be fitting a new rear height sensor to my c52.2hdi 2002 plate, if after ive fitted it it still wont go up,, its scrapyard time!! iv put 0.5 thru the system to try and bleed the rear but no go!! the front will raise perfect and if i force the back up with a jack with the front on full height the rear will raise to the top but will not level just sinks to the bottom.. to be honest iv had enuff.. so any help will be appreciated!!
  10. update on this ive put 0.5bar into the reservour and done what i should and made no difference , so its looking more like the height sensor should get that on tue off citroen
  11. does anyone know were you can buy these from and what they look like ,,
  12. thank you for your reply, ive WD40 the rear sensor and moved it by hand on the ball joints and all seems good, the front raises spot on so i did not think this was a pressure issue or im i wrong? do you think putting 0.5bar in the resevour will push the LDS to the rear? as said if i jack the back end up it will raise to the top but then when you press the switch to down it goes right down to the bottom and will not level.. is it worth me undoing the bleed screw at the back .. thanks Andy
  13. just thinking it could be the Built-in Hydro-electronic Interface (BHI). the front works fine ? how hard to change the Built-in Hydro-electronic Interface (BHI). with maybe one from the scrapyard
  14. As i read it you should be ok for know as long as they can see the DPF,,
  15. just fitted to my 2.2hdi 2002 plate ive fitted a new rear hydrolic ram and boot as the old one was leaking, it has the Hydractive hydraulic suspension 3+... front will rise perfect and rear will not rise , but will rise if i put the trolley jack under the back and give it a help and it will stay there, once i put it down it goes to the floor and stays there,, no leaks on the system , the front will level but the backs still on the floor, so .. sphere? or level sensor? ive just ordrerd a new rear level sensor and will get that next tuesday. thanks Andy
