Hi, I suppose if the previous owner was a boy racer he may have lowered the suspension. If you can find no measurement for the ride height onlne or elsewhere, I'd try finding the same model, perhaps at a dealers, and measure the wheel arch height. HTH, Griff

Also how long has it been since the last service? The service indicator usually goes on Mileage or Time (eg 12 months) Griff

Hi, In addition to the advice above, a quick check to see if the servo is working is, with the engine OFF, press the brake pedal several times to exahust the vacum.Then, with foot still on pedal, start the engine and you should feel the pedal go down slightly. Griff

If you get a long handled screw driver and CAREFULLY put it on the injector and put your ear to it, it will act like a stethoscope and you'll hear them "ticking". Should be able to hear if one is making a different noise. Griff

It'll look filthy and clogged with muck! Griff

Can you try nipping the plug up in case it's working loose. If you put your location in your profile there may be another member near you. Griff

As Paul says, give them a good soaking in propper release oil first. Are you able to get at the back of the pin? If so try using a drift to hammer it out. A sawn off nail of a slightly small diameter may do the job. And anice big hammer :D Griff

As I understand it there are 2 "types" of fault code. If it's a serious fault (usually to do with emissions) the EML will stay on. If it's a less serious fault, it will be logged but the light will go out if the fault does not reappear for a set time. It will however be stored. Try putting your location in your profile as there may be someone near you with a code reader. HTH, Griff

Sounds like the CV joint. Give it a good tugging to check for play. They also sometimes show up when on full lock. Griff

You can try watching from inside while someone sprays it with a hosepipe. Also putting talc powder on the rubber seals and looking for streaks in it at the leaking point. HTH, Griff

Can you no protect the plug some way. Plastic cover/sillicon sealant etc? Griff

I suspect you're correct on it being the HG. A garage can do a "sniff test" (checking for exhaust gases in coolant I believe) which should help pinpoint it. HTH, Griff

Hi Nictu, As I understand it the type of screen you have depends on the vehicles model spec. You can't have both. It appears you need screen C to be able to access blue tooth by selecting the 4th (right hand) symbol on the display (picture of a phone) The manuals are generic and cover all models, not just the one you have.
