Hi all, Hoping someone can help with the above problem. The fault has been narrowed down to the relay? unit behind the front grill. this seems to consist of a relay? a coil, plus a small resistor? The resistor has burned out. Can anyone advise the value of this resistor, or advise me where I can find the information. cheers, Glen. P.S. I tried to add a photo but it would not upload.

Hi, Just to say.I have a C4 1.6HDi. March 2006. It has the original battery under the bonnet. The original battery in the key. Had no problems with the engine.(fingers x'd) It has 246,000 miles on the clock and is still running well. I would not hesitate to have another one, but being a pensioner it is out of the question financially. Glen Gibson.
