thanks, youre probably right , I have just read how to get to them, omg this has to be the most inaccessible car I have ever worked on, bad enogh with the headlamp bulb the other week1

my wifes 05 c3 broke down bizzarely tonight. she came home and parked up as normal, got out of the car and tried to lock it which didn't work.she tried then to start the car again but there are no electrics whatsoever. no display,lights, nothing.she says there was a loud bleep when she parked but otherwise no warning of anything amiss. I tried to jump start it but nothing, her battery reads 13v. I tried something I saw on various forums about disconnecting the battery for 1/2 hr but no help there either. first thing I thought was a fuse but none of the ones listed in the book seem to be the one, I assume its one a dealer would have access to?
