Bearrelay

Hi all, has anyone fitted a seal kit to a bosch cp1 fuel pump as found on many a hdi diesel? My relays pump is leaking and im considering replacing the seals with a new seal kit..any experience or hints much appreciated

Hi all , I have a really annoying knocking noise on the n.s.f of my swb 2003 1800kg relay , I am pretty sure it's coming from the suspension top mounting , it's perfectly fine on a smooth road but on a rough surface its noisy as hell!! sounds to noisy to be a drop link , has anyone experienced similar and does anyone know the correct part number for the top mount and new bearing as there seems to be a few possibilities as with everything Citroen lol :mellow: thanks in advance :D

Also on citroens of old im pretty sure bosch did the systems for the larger engines and Siemens for the smaller hdi's..??

Hi all,I've noticed a fuel leak on he h/p fuel pump on my 2003 2.2 hdi relay..the van starts and drives fine but now has an annoying fuel leak..is there such a thing as a seal refurb kit? Or any recommendations for a refurbished pump supplier near Bristol. Thanks

Hi all, I have a swb 5speed 2.2 relay,im looking to change the gearbox oil and wondered what the capacity is as I've heard different quantities.. Also is sae 75/80 correct.. Thanks in advance

Hello everyone, just bought myself a 2003 swb relay with the 2.2 hdi, very tidy and low mileage of 69k.. Had many citroens in the past.. Always found them to be great little cars.
