Using some of the suggesions i have extracted the offending cd but the eject system still appears to be locked and i cant insert another cd to update the gps any suggestions? The unit is an ng4 navidrive 3d cant even find a handbook for it!

Just purchased the car (59 plate exclusive) but it has a cd in the drive that wont eject any suggestions?
