  1. €400 was just to buy the bag. Did the job with a buddy who has an independent garage. Didn't price it in main stealer.. If I still have the car when the additive runs out, I might take a look at fitting a bottle I could top up. T.
  2. Had to pay over the money (€400) & buy a new bag of DPF fluid. Most of the screws were seized on the box & had to be tapped/heated out & replaced with bolts. Looking at the old bag it looks like it would be possible to cut the connecting pipe off the bag, fit some small plastic tank in the boot & run a hose between the two. Will try this if I still have the C-Crosser when it happens again. Should be a cheaper option. Thanks for the help. T.
  3. Has anyone tried retrofitting a DPF additive tank say from a Peugeot 407 than could be topped up & do away with the bag. T.
  4. i'm not sure if the additive can be topped up. I'm told by my local citroen dealer that its a sealed bag, like a blood bag & can't be topped up. Not sure if this is correct. T.
  5. Just getting this error now. Fluid is down to almost half a litre. Not topped up yet. Must call to my local Citroen dealer today & see what the story is. T.
  6. Hi All, Just have a permanent fault on my 2008 C-Crosser. Checked with laptop & level is at 686ml. Fault is "level in additive tank low". Has anyone had to deal with this. Is it a main dealer job?. Thanks, Tim
