Thanks for this; it helped me. I had a slightly different problem; some monkey had crimped the washer pipe against the edge of the light unit; anyway I wrote up http://wmconnolley.blogspot.co.uk/2016/10/fixing-my-citroen-c5-tourer-rear-washer.html for my own satisfaction and in case it would help anyone else.
