Hello I am using a snap on and an Autel scanner, both come up with same code and description, I did disconnect the battery first. I've tried reinitialising the keys and still nothing! Immobilizer is off according to the scanners as well and keys are recognised. Is there a fuse somewhere I don't know about? Colin

Hello My wife has a 55 plate C3 sensomatic that has had some bad running and occasional stalling, the previous owner took it to a Citroen garage that said the stop start auto alternator connections were corroded and may need a new one, a year or so later i decided to clean the terminals on the alternator and now it will not do anything!! I didn't know about the battery disconnect procedure and also lost windows radio etc! I have rebooted the BSI and have everything back but will still not spin over the alternator to start, fault code reader says P1390 auto reverse alternator position sensor. Have I buggered the alternator by just disconnecting the terminals and cleaning them? Regards Colin

Hello I'm a new member just joined so hello again😀 I have just bought a 55 plate C3 stop start with the semi auto gearbox for my wife, we have discovered a small problem with it stalling occasionally when changing from drive to reverse or when parking at very low speed or stopping at a junction, does anyone have any ideas? Car has only 36,000 miles Thanks Colin
