ian_c Posted February 7, 2006 Posted February 7, 2006 With my impending berlingo purchase, I've always been the sort to research something before I buy it. I'm also a great believer in internet car forums for sharing info, advice, and occasionally using the "strength in numbers" when dealing with a manufacturer. Other than here, I've found these two extremely useful, although you'll need to use google translate as they are both in german: Berlingo.net HochDachKombi Anyone have any resources they care to share? pork_pie Posted February 7, 2006 Posted February 7, 2006 I have said in the past that its the Blingo owners on here who are the happiest bunch. The wooden spoon goes to C3 owners sadly. The only gripe is the lack of standardfeatures otherwise its a sensible car and supremely practical. Them 1.6 diesel engines are available after all. Don;t know much about the 75bhp version but the 92 bhp is better than the 2.0 Hdi it replaced. Quote

Don;t know much about the 75bhp version but the 92 bhp is better than the 2.0 Hdi it replaced. Hmm.... Not sure it is. I am certainly impressed with the smoothness and economy improvement, but I'm wondering if the new 1.6 unit is less torquey. I seem to have to do far more gear changing in the new car. Generally pleased with it though. Quote
hertsnminds Posted February 15, 2006 Posted February 15, 2006 How many miles have you done in the new car? Took my C4 1.6 110BHP diesel at least 1,500 to let me drive at 30mph in 5th. Now it is much better and improving. IanBlack 55 VTR+ Quote
