Slight Misfire When Lift Off Acceleter

Hi guys, anyone experienced a slight misfire (hiccup) when lifting off the accelerater pedal. Like when you lift off when cruising at 65mph as the road is flat or downhill? Any idea what causes this? Thanx, Chris.

No hole in the exhaust? changed the plugs recently?

I know i was getting misfiring due to a bad sparkplug on myold car week after it had been in for a service actually they put another one in and it was fine.
