Xsara Passenger Window Fail

The passenger's electric window has failed, I replaced the switch on the central console and still nothing.

All the other windows work just fine so does it sound like a motor issue at all?

They seem fine,pretty well insulated

broken wire at door hinge is my bet too. you cant see break as the insulation hides it only way to check for sure is with multi meter, you can try manipulating the wires going into door whilest the operating switch if you get a tiny bit of movement then you know its the wire :)
