if its possible to send page on warning lights it would be a help?

i have just had an orange warning light with a car in circle skidding? is this for abs?

any help would be welcome.thanks alan.

Yes that is ABS, invariably due to a faulty sensor with the N/S/F being the most common one to fail. Just don't ask me why.

 

 

probably because of inevitably higher levels of exposure to road detritus on kerbside of the road...?

It's also possible on the Xantia that the reluctor ring may have failed. These are not available separately from Citroen, they only supply the entire shaft. However I found a light engineering firm on the web who manufacture and supply replacement rings. They can be found at http://www.reluctorrings.com/ and also provide a fitting service by return of post if you don't want to tackle the job yourself.
