Xantia 1.9 1996 How To Change Offside Dipped Beam Bulb Please

Just can't see how to change Xantia offside dipped beam bulb. Can't get my hand in to withdraw bulb holder. Plastic computer housing is in the way. It's probably me being dumb. Haynes manual does not cover changing headlight bulbs - only sidelight, indicator bulbs. Anyone know if I need to remove the computer housing, please?

In my old copy of Haynes Xantia manual, changing the headlight bulbs is described under Bulbs - Exterior Lighting in Section 13-5.   From Haynes description it appears to be quite straightforward.    Too much time has gone by since I had a Xantia for me to remember the detail.
