kfk Posted September 24, 2006 Posted September 24, 2006 Have you had to update or replace the BSI ? Quote
iannez Posted September 24, 2006 Author Posted September 24, 2006 no m8 my first guess was that the bsi was not configured as a pluriel which is what you must be thinking but it was. Quote
kfk Posted September 25, 2006 Posted September 25, 2006 Was thinking more along the lines of the bsi getting replaced or updated and the wire that controls the trigger for the roof has to be swapped to a different terminal.....cant for the life of me remember which one at the moment. Quote
kfk Posted September 25, 2006 Posted September 25, 2006 Go check you bullitens....After Downloading 39.1 into pluriel: Sunroof inop and rear screen not working follow info rapid C3 9 NO11. PM me if you need more info Quote
lupin Posted September 25, 2006 Posted September 25, 2006 Sounds to me as if the rear window is not quite correctly seated following converting the car back to saloon mode from cabriolet. I've had this experience a couple of times when puting the roof back on, and just had to jiggle the hinged seating of the rear window to get things working again. There's obviously some kind of interlock to prevent the roof being operated if the roof-rails on the side roof-bars aren't exactly aligned with the rails on the rear window - resumably to prevent any chance of the sliding roof becoming derailed when it's operated. plurielzze Posted October 20, 2006 Posted October 20, 2006 My roof got stuck and it turned out to be a severed wire loom in the rear window. It was cured by having a new rear window and roof. It all comes as one! If this is the case, I hope you are still within the warrenty as I was told this costs about £1200! I try to restrict my boot use as it could be due to over use, about 80 times a week when on business. Quote
iannez Posted October 26, 2006 Author Posted October 26, 2006 the locating hook on the rear of the drivers side roof arch where the tailgate locates had damaged the spring clip inside the tailgate stoping it from pushing the micro switch down when it was shut. ended up fitting a new roof cassette.
