Mk1 (02 Plate Sx) Lens Hazing

Greetings everyone,

One of my light covers ( lens?) Begun getting hazy . Is there a way to clean it or replacement is the only option ?

If you don't mind a bit of hard work, wet the light lens, apply a quantity of toothpaste and after spreading it over the surface, rub all over the lens with a small circular motion.
