Engine Problems?

Hi people.

 

i brought a saxo forte the other week worked fine every day untill about a week ago. It starts up but the engine cuts out (if left for about 7 hours or more), this is resolved by putting the accellorator on. But if its been a few hours it starts and the rpm clock is under 1, probably at about 0.5 and it sounds like the exaust rattles.

 

Any body know what could be wrong with my car? I'm fed up of revving it up every morning.
