mooseshaver Posted February 26, 2003 Posted February 26, 2003 How long does it take Haynes to make a manual? Looked in Halfords for a C3 one boot not seen it, can't find windscreen wipers either. I don't know why I want a Haynes manual, I can't actualy do anything with a car apart from screenwash and check the oil. Quote
Gteuk Posted February 26, 2003 Posted February 26, 2003 Haynes at present are a bit behind bringing out new manuals, they have only just brought out the manual for the Picasso :( and if I recall there is not yet one for the Ford Galaxy which as been about for years now :P In fact I think other publishers have picked up on this and doing their own version, but that is only hearsay. mooseshaver Posted February 27, 2003 Author Posted February 27, 2003 Gteuk, who else make car manuals like Haynes? Not being a mechanic type never noticed any. Quote
kelby Posted April 14, 2003 Posted April 14, 2003 A haynes manual would be really useful, not to fix the car, but to understand how it works. Quote

However, this date is subject to change and should not be considered a definite publishing date as many factors effect release. I hope this answers your query. stimulator Posted September 17, 2005 Posted September 17, 2005 The C3 Haynes manual is now available, my copy arrived this week after a 3 day wait. i ordered it from Haynes themselves total cost with P & P and a free French to Englsh translation booklet. Book was £15.99 and £2 PP. I found it was a better deal than Amazon etc. have had a loom, through it and it's of the usual standerd for modern Haynes. As usual some areas are skimped on and lack meaty info. BUT still worth the pennies./ Quote
