rfhspares Posted March 20, 2015 Posted March 20, 2015 My c8 has captain seats but they only turn inwards which actually doesn't work because the back of the seat hits the side of the car and only turns about a quarter turn, I'm sure the intention was for them to turn outwards so you can get in and out of the car easier. Any ideas on this and if they are the wrong way can I swap the driver and passenger seat around so they rotate the other way Or is the handbrake actually attached to the seat? Quote
coastline taxis Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 Dont think you can swap them round as the airbags are on the side of the seats nearest the doors for your protection. Not sure but is there not a pin on the base plate that u press to alter the direction of the seats Quote
rfhspares Posted March 22, 2015 Author Posted March 22, 2015 (edited) That all makes sense. Arm rests are on inner side of chairs too.... I will look around to see if there is a stop pin that can be moved. Thanks. Edited March 22, 2015 by rfhspares Quote
coastline taxis Posted March 22, 2015 Posted March 22, 2015 if the seats have been added later they might be the wrong way round on the seat base/runners Quote
rfhspares Posted March 22, 2015 Author Posted March 22, 2015 Far as I know they have been in there from factory but something is wrong and been like It a long time looking at the seat wear. Quote
