Tyrone2233 Posted April 10, 2015 Posted April 10, 2015 I just brought a pioneer head unit for my Citroen berlingo 56 plate I put the head unit in it worked fine. But then I went to turn the van off and the head unit was still playing music I then took the keys out got out of the van and locked it to still hear the music playing for around about 2 minutes and then it switched off Any information will be appreciated please help me sort this out. seefive Posted April 10, 2015 Posted April 10, 2015 From my experience of fitting an aftermarket radio into a C5, there is no switched feed in the old-fashioned way, so the unit will not switch off (or on) automatically with the ignition. Modern cars with CANBUS systems produce a pulse from the ignition, and you would need to get professional help to make this turn the radio on and off (a CANbuster is needed) Or just turn it on and off manually...
