Check to make sure the brake pads are free and not dragging. Check the tyres for any lumps or bumps. Check the front wheel bearings for wear or noise. Try a run with the rear wheels on the front.

Wheel balancing if not already checked. As above check for lumps and bumps. Does the vibration come and go with application of the throttle if it does this could point to a inner cv joint being knakered.
