Sloppysod Posted May 23, 2015 Posted May 23, 2015 I have my C5 (X7) for about 3 weeks now and am mostly very happy with it, however,........ With my past 3 Citroens (and my wifes basic Corsa) you could open or close all the windows using the remote, this was very handy in two circumstances, On a hot day you could open the windows and start cooling the car down before you get in from the other side of the car park. I could operate all the windows just a little to allow air for my dog or close them quick if it started to rain. My Mki 1 C5 did but the C5 mk 3 does not or is it just mine that does not have this feature!!??? ? Quote
Johndouglas Posted May 24, 2015 Posted May 24, 2015 There's a limit to the number of functions that the remote can be asked to do. Citroen obviously think that switching the lighting on and off remotely is of more benefit to most drivers. Quote
citrophile Posted May 25, 2015 Posted May 25, 2015 My 2005 C5 Exclusive and my wife's 2015 C4 Exclusive have this function as well as the remote button for switching the lights on. On the C4 it works by holding down the unlock or lock button and all the windows either go up or down together. You just take your finger off when they are at the right height or after they have fully opened or closed. On the C5 it only works to close the windows when you hold the lock button down. Quote
