html Posted August 11, 2015 Posted August 11, 2015 Hi!I'm considering buying an OBD2 Bluetooth or USB unit, primarily to avoid using my workshop to change the setting for mirror automatic moving in when locking the car. I'm having this function active in summer, but have to disable it during winter because it's too cold so the mirror might be damaged if they move automaticly when closing doors.Up until now I have used the workshop to change these settings, but it would be a lot easier if I could do it myself. But the question is; will an OBD2 unit be able to change anythng, or is it only for running diagnostics or checking status? Anyone here that has tried this? Quote
coastline taxis Posted August 11, 2015 Posted August 11, 2015 most of the cheaper diagnostic seem to be codes and limited running data. Lexia,s are very cheap on ebay at the moment and will give you dealer level diagnostic,s and if your keeping your citroen for a few years its well worth the £100 outlay Quote
