Jezza103 Posted May 23, 2016 Posted May 23, 2016 Hi Everyone. I have just bought a 2009 C4 Grand Picasso, which I am very pleased with. I want to remove the o/s/r interior panel to fit my wheelchair hoist. Is there anything I should know about removing it. I have a friend who can fabricate a bracket for me. I intend to cut a slot in the panel for the bracket to pass through.. This will probably be a little higher than the torch/boot light.I have not tried to remove the panel yet because it is difficult for me to get in to the boot. If I know what tools I need in advance it would make life a whole lot easier for me. Thanks Guys Quote
coastline taxis Posted May 23, 2016 Posted May 23, 2016 basicly you just need a couple of torx drivers and out the panel will come. Anychance you could put a pic up of the bracket hes using and the mounting points for the brackets please Quote
Jezza103 Posted May 23, 2016 Author Posted May 23, 2016 Hi Thank you for the reply. I have still got the hoist in my other car at the moment. The guy who will fit it is a welder by trade. I think he wants me to remove the panel so he can see what he is looking at. I think he is affraid of damaging the panel whilst removing it. He is going to remove the hoist from my Astra and fabricate a bracket for my Picasso. Thanks againRegardsJeremy Quote
