hdi Posted September 1, 2004 Posted September 1, 2004 Hello, many people waited for it, the emergency top made for the Pluriel. Please go to: https://https.colossus.net/sf-raum/oscommerce/ Regards HDI Quote
hertsnminds Posted September 1, 2004 Posted September 1, 2004 Just a couple of things... It costs over £160!!! If you are going to make such an item (for use when driving) why not make it of a clear material so you can use the rear view mirror? Just what type of engine does the Pluriel in the picture have that it needs TWIN exhausts? I have seen Pluriel owners come up with just as good solutions for about £20 Ian Orange 03 Senso Quote

hertsnminds Posted September 1, 2004 Posted September 1, 2004 No much better than that... A large CLEAR plastic sheet with some eyelets in it A few velcroe strips And a couple of suction cup coat hooks Sounds iffy...but does the job! Ian Orange 03 Senso Quote
latte Posted September 16, 2006 Posted September 16, 2006 The link failed and I trying to source such a top, Citroen Pluriel's Missing accessory. It would have been so easy for Citroen to make a convertible hood but no one else seems to make one. Would appreciate any info Quote
lupin Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 Latte, I already left a reply attached to your other posting in the "Questions" section, but these covers are always coming up for sale on eBay for about £50.As I write there is one there on offer now at £46 with sixteen hours to go.\; http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/citroen-pluriel-rain...1QQcmdZViewItem Otherwise, go to eBay anytime, search for "pluriel" and often you'll find that there's one of these covers up for sale. No need to spend £150, or anything like that sort of money! Quote
latte Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 Nearly but not quite. The item which is regularly sold on ebay is a rain cover but you would have difficulty in driving with this on. What I am searching for is a proper convertible top. There is a swiss one called RAINSTOP but I was looking for something more robust. All the custom convertible hood boys are not brave enough to design the prototype. Citroen could have made one of these in a couple of hours but not so. Thanks for your help but the quest goes on..... Quote
lupin Posted September 25, 2006 Posted September 25, 2006 Ooh! I hadn't heard about these - couldn't get the web link to work I'm afraid. Quote
