Big Mark Posted February 24, 2007 Posted February 24, 2007 Hi, my little sister, bless her heart, has reversed her picasso and caught a lamp post, putting a large dent on the drivers side front wing, just behind the headlight, this afternoon, in my wisdom, decided to have a go at knocking the the dent out, which was very succesful, Unfortunately, when yoy try to start the car, the hazard lights flash, the display reads, reset impact sensor, and the car won't start. Does anyone know of a fix to this problem, or is it a trip to the dealers, to get it plugged in? Thanks in advance for any helpCheersMark Quote
kfk Posted February 24, 2007 Posted February 24, 2007 the impact sensor is on the drivers side under the bonnet mounted close to the suspension turret. It has a rubber top on ot and will either be red or black......normally black because it makes them so much easier to see! depress the top of the sensor to reset it and hopefully all will be resolved. Good luck Quote
