My tailgate rubber seal has got a large hole in it.

It seems as if it is rotting, when you look at it, the rubber has that 'crazed' look and feels dry.

Im going ring and find out how much it is, just wondering if I could get it done under warrenty.

Assuming its wear and tear it should be covered......will need to be inspected and a prior approval sought from cirtoen uk first though.

I'll be interested in your results Mike, as I have an interior facia panel that has come loose and rattles and hangs down over the rear windscreen and just won't stay clicked in.

It's on my list of stuff for the next trip in, when I get around to it.

If the part in question isn't doing it's "job", and it's within your warrenty period, kick up a fuss!

Let us know how you get on. I went in as a hole has appeared in the drivers footwell carpet, the service guy said wear and tear and not covered by warranty. Now had a fault come up on display so car going back. Will complain again about carpet as my last car was 15 yrs old when i bought this one, and carpet was fine in that one. Also hole is right in the edge near seat, the guy said must be were you rest your foot. Afterwards checked it out and no way is that the case as my knee is up against steering wheel, and can't turn wheel like that.
