I have just got myself a year old Rythym and I understand I should be able to connect up my MP3 player to play through the radio/cd.Can anyone tell me what I need to be able to do this and where to get the items from?

I seem to remember the Radio has a 3.5mm jack plug on the fascia if you connect this to the 3.5mm jack plug on your mp3 player you wont have to tune it through your radio.

 

The cable should be obtainable through Maplin assuming of course that it isnt still sitting in its plastic bag in the glove box!

itrip is for radio ( sends ur ipod music out over radio) or cd adapter that goes into ur cd player. Available from halfords and even ASDA

These cable links are always very long, where do you get short ones, like 6 inches, so you dont end up with loads of cabe showing?

I think the shorter ones come with an ipod speaker system. (dont count me on this). When i bought my 80gb ipod currys were selling speaker systems half price so i just said yes and got one. This came with a very short cable. Although it should be used with the speakers to allow it to play other mp3 players.
