The Dreaded Hydractive Suspension

Hi, been a Xantia owner for a couple of weeks :) and have started to get to grips with the suspension and how it should work. So off to the father in laws garage I toddled and put the Xantia on the ramp.....had a look underneath to find the height adjuster rod at the front had 'fallen off' its mount :( . So I put the fitting back into the spring loaded clamp :) , tried the adjuster to see if everything worked as it should only to find the rod / fitting had come apart :( . Some teeth gnashing, along with some expletives, ensued :) ... 'take it off and fix it' I said to myself. . . I did do and refitted it....but now the rear suspension is either all the way down or all the way up :) .....so I guess what I'm asking for is the measurement from the rear fitting to the pivot point in the middle of the car and the measurement from the front fitting to the pivot point [the little loop in the middle of the rod that the suspension height adjuster lever clips into]. Dont fancy a visit to the main dealers [too expensive] and haven't really got the time for trial and error adjustments...... thanks in advance for any tips in setting the rod length ans suspension height setting...... I have the Haynes manual but cant find the measurement in there..... take care.
