amb Posted August 21, 2007 Posted August 21, 2007 Does anyone know if you are able to swap wheels around on the C8 Exclusive? The reason I ask is that they have tyre pressure sensors fitted and I know on some vehicles they are programmed in to the specific locations. i.e. NSF must be fitted to the NSF and so on.... I have what I consider to be pretty uneven tyre wear and I would like to even it out by swapping around the wheels. I am pretty well restricted to what location I put the wheels in as they have directional tyres fitted. Any suggestions or help with this would be appreciated. Thanks  Quote
kfk Posted August 21, 2007 Posted August 21, 2007 they can go on whichever corner you want to put them on, the only time it will be a problem is when you stick one one in the spare and the spare on a corner.....the spare doesnt have a sensor. Quote

Thanks for the advice KFK it is much appreciated. Will swap around the wheels when I do the front pads at the weekend. (Weather permitting) Another question I have thought about since posting the first is: My nearside rear tyre is wearing alot faster than my offside rear tyre, it also appears to be feathering on the outer edge. Any ideas what would cause this on the rear? Quote
