It is not the easiest of tasks, most manuals recommed removing most parts of the dasboard, but you can do it with a small screwdriver with Blue Tac attached ..

Make sure you get the right ype of bulb, Citroen used two slightly different types.

1 - write down you radio code

2 - remove the radio

3 - move the wires so you can access the bulbs.

4 - remove faulty bulb - you may have to twist them half a turn before pulling them, depending on the type

5 - attach your new bulb at the connector end to a small screwdriver and position into its hole.

6 - twist the screwdriver to break the bond with the blu tac.

7 - tighten up bulb and check

Note you can also get impeded access from the passenger floor well if you need to get another hand or implement in there.
