I recently received a 'serious suspension fault' warning on the dashboard display.

I found I had a leak, and topped up the hydraulic fluid level. Also since I had the car on jacks, I decided to bleed the accumulator under the car( as you can on a Xantia). Now the car is flat on the floor and the suspension is totally unresponsive,(I've checked fuses). I suspect the suspension has to be bled with the weight still on the front wheels, but does anyone have any other ideas?

Did you take the bleed screw right out of the regulator? If you did,, have you found a small (7mm) ball bearing on the floor that hasnt been put back under the bolt?

If you have lost it and cant get one from your local cycle repairer the citroen part number is 21710.
