Guest Darrin Posted May 2, 2008 Posted May 2, 2008  Been on with brakes on my 04 c5 2.2 hdi. got air in system. Could anyone tell me please,do you bleed them like usual? Furthest from master cylinder first . Cheers Quote
Guest Colin Hunter Posted May 2, 2008 Posted May 2, 2008 Hi Darrin. Yes, the C5 has a standard servo brake set-up with ABS. As far as I know it's reccomended to bleed such systems with a pressure bleed kit, such as "Gunsons eezy bleed" which is available for about £15. You fill up the bottle, connect the adapter to your fluid reservoir, and the other connection onto your spare wheel (Max press 20psi) and bleed away to your hearts content! Cheers. Hope this helps. Quote

Johndouglas Posted May 3, 2008 Posted May 3, 2008 The order for bleeding is:- front left, front right, rear left, rear right. Quote
