Flashing Lights On Auto Dash Board

Hi,

 

My wife's Citroen C2 is an automatic. It has recently had the 'Auto' above the gear number on the dashboard start flashing combined with what I can est describe as a snowflake above it. When this stops flashing, there are 3 beeps. This happens constantly in a continuous cycle.

 

Also, when this started, the 'Paddle' gear changers ceased to work.

 

Can anyone please help??

it needs to ge checked out by a dealer to establish what the fault codes are in the computer....from there a better idea will be obtained as to whats needed to fix it

Hi, I have exectly the same problem. The paddle gears don't work all the time. Some times they'll work fine all day then other days not at all and has the fault light. I took it to citroen and they said i need new paddles which include all the lighting stalks etc for £350 fitted including programming the new controls to the ecu. When i indicate left the indicator doesn't click off which they mentioned which im wondering if this is why they want to replace the controls. Could they not just re programme my original controls as im not bothered about the indicator problem?

the senso-drive paddles are not a programmable part so i think the dealer has had you there this problem is usually fixed with a software download which they did.
