tcfuk Posted July 14, 2008 Posted July 14, 2008 Just brought a C3 and it seems strange that the CD player always returns to track one. Every time I start the car the CD (Standard Fitted Radio) always returns to track one, I have tried to got though the owners manual, but it gives very little detail on the "Head Unit". Is this problem unique to my car. I have spoken to the Citroen dealers and they say this is right, it should restart at the first track?? I never had a car do this before, I am getting sick and tired of keep having to move the track to last one I listened too Quote
raveydavey Posted July 14, 2008 Posted July 14, 2008 Is it? Mine doesn't. I've got a 2003(03) 1.4 HDi Desire with the factory fit Clarion (I think) CD player and it just carries on from wherever it was up to when I switched off....I don't actually switch the CD player off mind, I just turn the ignition key off and everything goes off, turn the key again to start things. (If that makes sense). Quote
kfk Posted July 14, 2008 Posted July 14, 2008 if its a VDO unit there is no memorisation of CD tracks when the ignition is switched off Quote
