How Do I Change My Front Windscreen Wipers?

I have just bought some new wiper blades but I am having a nightmare getting the old ones off? Can anyone help me..................... :D I have a 2003 saxo

not an easy one to explain over the Internet but ill have a go, Google is pretty good for this sort of thing :D forget about what car it is wiper fitting its the same for all cars
