hi im getting a missfire every now and then could it be a valve sticking or coil pack , my car is a t reg saxo 1.1 i petrol thanx ;)

every now and then? could be spark plugs/ plug leads arking

 

hi techbod and thanks for your reply i have chaned the plugs but still doing it i have booked car into garage to go on the diagnostic machine i let you know the outcome :unsure:

if they don't pinpoint it change the HT/plug leads I give you forewarning they will find all-sorts wrong when its a simple fix ( freed back is important ) so others don't fall for the same trick

hi just got back from garage with car they said it was one off the main fuses that had gone and that could make it missfire anyone ever heard that before i havnt please let me know

never heard that one before unless the fuse was loose and linked to the ignition side stranger things do happen ;)

 

just been for a drive and its still missing think ill risk a set of ht leads :(
