The strip on the back of my Pluriel (the bit with the word CITROEN on it and boot release button) appears to have bubbling up/cracking paint on it.

Took it to the dealer who said it was cracked plastic, probably from getting too hot by being in the sun :D
So now you know, the Pluriel is not a car to be left out when the sun shines!

All being replaced under warranty (thank goodness for that warranty), due to be sorted 3rd Nov.

Why not? The plastic STONE GUARD in my 'casso apparently came off 'cause I drove through a puddle.

CITROEN! STOP USING PLASTIC!

*Grumbles.* never had that kinda problem with my old 2cv.

This is what the fault looks like, cracked plastic or paint failure...you decide.

Rear trim was replaced yesterday and a new rubber seal put around the bottom of the rear window. Where the rubber seal used to not quite reach across the bottom of the glass it now is U shaped and goes an inch or 2 up the sides, just have to see if this stops the water leaking through the boot release switch.

While they were doing the trim replacement the dealer also performed a recall. This was the same as everyone else on the forum is reporting to replace the suspension end cups with metal ones instead of rubber. The official reason...in the rare event of a suspension failure a metal cup is more likely to prevent the suspension rod piercing a tyre.
