My rear brake light went the other day, so I changed the bulb but it still does not work. Changed the bulb again and still nothing. The light comes on when the headlights are turned on but no brake light. Any ideas anyone?

Thanks for the reply. But the drivers side brake light does work, it's the left that doesn't.

well the only thing I can think of is a power outage as they don't have separate fuses, check the earth and live feed to the unit or go the old way and take a wire from the working light so they both work?

If the car is under warranty...its covered. The only thing the warranty does not cover is consumables. Brake pads, Clutch etc. Rattles, electrical faults (Like this) mechanical issues etc are all warranty work. So get it booked in.

Pretty much everything is covered under warranty. I had mine in the other day for a new washer tube and to enable the display in the centre to show the parking sensor display. Lot less than this. Only took them 30 minutes to do on the day as well just turned up.

2 common faults found with this are harness rubbing and shorting where it runs into car through post behind lamp unit and also water ingress into light unit or connector
