Hi everyone,

This is my 2nd post, the 1st was in connection with the bsi 15 amp fuse blowing, this seems to have

been caused by the rear washer pipe located in the rear roof pillar, coming adrift and leaking water

down and along the drivers sill and eventually perculating through to the ground - in the mean time the wiring located around here was getting a thorough soaking - all seems to be fine now!

The new problem is to do with the dash display unit, which seems to have stopped working, in so far as,

I can't scroll through the various info topics such as mpg etc. when pressing the button on the end of

steering column stork - it's stuck on OVERSPEED OFF.

I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this, if so, was it the display unit at fault or the steering column stork?

If anyone has got any thoughts on this, I'd be grateful for any advice.

Many thanks

it sounds like the contact are not connecting in the switch when you press the button so try spraying so dielectric spray in there ( can be bought from maplins ) they use it to clean computer boards and very good stuff

Thanks for the advice, I gave it a go, but unfortunately no further forward,

may be it's the display panel itself?
